The MVT Guesthouse & Restaurant has a large hall and a beautiful garden for yoga practice, the hall is situated on the top floor of the hotel that overlooks the mountains. Please note: A local Yoga instructor is not provided, as the expectation is that group leaders will wish to instruct their own students. Yoga practice can be included into the day’s activities according to the wishes and needs of the students.
